The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is extending the decision date
for Permit Revision No. 4 (PR-4) for the Bowie No. 1 Mine from October 16, 2010 to December 15,
2010. The extension request came to the Division in an e-mail dated October 14, 2010. Additional time
is needed for the review of PR-4.
