Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: New Horizon Mine (Permit No. C-1981-008) <br />Permit Revision-Application No. -6-(PR-6) <br />Post-Mining Land Use; Sediment Control; Final Contours; and Prime Farmland <br />Dear Sir or Madam: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has issued a proposed decision to Approve <br />Permit Revision Application No. 6 at the New Horizon Mine. Any person with an interest which may be <br />adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice by the Division in the San <br />Miguel Basin Forum. If no comments are received, this decision will become final at the close of the thirty <br />(30) day public comment period, which commences with the initial publication in the San Miguel Basin <br />Forum.
