Ray <br />Lafarge West, Inc. <br />10170 Church Ranch Way, Ste. 200 <br />Westminster, CO 80021 <br />Re: Reichert Pit, Acreage Reduction Approval, Permit No. M-2000-034, Revision No. AR03 <br />Dear Mr. Ray: <br />On October 13, 2010, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for release of a <br />portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. <br />The permit area was reduced to 27.23 acres, through the release of 17.80 acres ("Reichert property") in this permit action, <br />and 4.22 acres ("Flatiron property") in AR04.
