Tests are made of the fill only as believed necessary to calibrate our <br />observer's judgment. Full Time Observation. ® Part Time Observation. <br />Progress Report: Contractor continued to place water and compact fill just North of <br />existing roadway. Approximately l' to 2' of extra fill was placed on the southern area of the <br />work zone. This is to be removed.
