James (entity no. 146052) is listed as a Director with a Begin Date of July <br />18, 2001 but Wilber E. James is not listed on the permit pages for Peabody Energy. <br />2) On the Permit Pages for Peabody Energy you have listed William E. James, holding three <br />offices but in AVS the officer is listed as James E. William (entity no. 250509) holding the <br />same three offices.
