The revision was called <br />complete on October 8, 2010. The decision due date is October 18, 2010. <br />The operator proposes to insert in the permit application as-built drawings and certifications for Pond MB-5E and Mine Water <br />Treatment Ponds. <br />This revision is available for review at the Gunnison County Planning Department, 201 E.
