The landox;mers, the Mor are to receive a scheduled <br />-ro pa ever y ear on September 10. The landowners did not and have not received <br />their ro pa As fat as we are cone emed , the lease a is null and void and the <br />have fo their ri That as 5 times that Western Fuels has been sent a default Icuer and <br />the defaults for the most part have not been corrected. A default letter was sent this time as well.. <br />We called their Attorne Cis Kamper, and Mrs. Mor as well as Michael Mor spoke <br />with Mr. Kamper, Mr, Kamper to] d Mrs. Mor that there would be ho ro pa unless <br />we all would drop all of our ob j ectioris and complaints and not file no more. If we did not want <br />to do that, there would be No Ro Pa <br />We received a -eZe from Mr. Kampen on the 4" of October. Micliael told Mr. Kamper that no ro pa had been <br />paid and Mr. Karoper said, too bad. Drop y our objections and y our complaints. I then took the <br />phone and told them that the Federal aad State Rules and Pe allow us to file objections <br />and -he said that he was not g oin g to ar to g et of the propert and the we re g oin g to resume <br />mmin ri awa so shut our water off and q uit '= We tried to explain that we alwa <br />irri and that we were not throu with that piece of propert He said that the State has g iven <br />g o ahead. <br />The State has not responded to an faxes, calls, or letters or additions to the ade statements <br />that we have been filin sin.ce the lawsuit_ All communications have ceased. We have tried the <br />Attomey Generals Office at no avail- We be Mr. Berr for months and months and months <br />to come and speak with us and most all of this could have been resolved.
