'^ . .. `til . _..._....... t ?.11...1?.? <br /> <br />k. <br />(a) A payment of $750 for each acre-foot of water, up to 10 acre-feet, firs <br />delivered in 1994; such payment to be due and payable on or before March 31,199 <br />(the following year); -• ••• • ; - <br />(b) Additional payments of $750 for each additional acre-foot of water (up <br />to bout the ultimate total quantity of 100 acre-feet and full payment of $75,000) first <br />delivered in any subsequent years to the County at the County's request; such <br />payments to be due and payable on or before March 31st of the year following the <br />year the water is first delivered; <br />(c) Provided however, that, regardless of the actual quantity of waters <br />delivered and-conveyed on or before December 31, 2003, any remaining balance of <br />the $75,006 total compensation to be paid by the County to Platte River under this <br />Agreement, shall be deemed due and payable by the County on or before March 31, <br />2004. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the County may at its option based on its <br />augmentation needs, elect to purchase a lesser amount than 100 acre-feet of said <br />waters.
