Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E permit. Both ponds discharged
during August 2010, and the operator sampled the discharges in compliance with the sampling frequency. No
parameters were outside of the permit limits. The operator provided a copy of the reports to the Division in a timely
manner. The reports fulfill the requirements of Rule 4.05.13(2). Please note, the report has "4th Qtr 2010" penned in
the corner. August occurs in the third quarter so this report would not fulfill the requirement for fourth quarter
monitoring.
Sincerely,
Janet H. inns
Environm tal Protection Specialist II
(303) 866- 67 ext. 8107
C.jhb/C80001/DMR/August 2010 DMR review.doc

Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver - Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
