Does 55 come from averaging the Range A and Range B <br />values for effective cover in table 4.4-2 of the permit? <br />For post-mining, where did you get the 85% herbaceous cover? <br />Finally, you state that Division calculations indicate that sediment yield is higher from reclaimed areas and that this <br />"assumption" is utilized in your analysis.
