Director <br />Granby, CO 80446 <br />Re: Parshall Pit, Permit No. M-1998-034, Conversion Approval, Revision No. CN-01 <br />Dear Mr. Docheff, III: <br />On October 6, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the Conversion application <br />submitted to the Division on May 25, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Conversion from 110c to 112c and addition of 32.48 acres to permit -for total of 42.43 acres <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1998-034. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1998-034 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $80,400.00 exceeds the $45,000.00 performance bond currently held. If you have not <br />already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $35,400.00. The revision will not be final until the bond <br />is approved by the Division. A copy of calculations used to determine this cost is attached for your review. <br />If you wish to submit a different type of Financial Warranty, the various application forms can be found at the <br />following website: http://mining.state.co.us/Mineral%20Forms.htm. An additional $500 is required if Mountain Park <br />Concrete, Inc. elects to submit the financial warranty as an Irrevocable Letter of Credit.
