TR-50, as approved, increased the mine <br />disturbed area total by two (2) acres and TR-51 increased the disturbed acre <br />total by.5 acre. Please add 2.5 acres to the "long-term mining or <br />reclamation facility" category on the ARR form. Please also submit the <br />appropriate maps showing these three areas. <br />Please re-submit the corrected information, as noted above, within thirty (30) days.
