Pineda <br />Director <br />On October 5, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on September 7, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Addition of asphalt and concrete plants operated by Everist Materials to reflect the current operating <br />conditions at the site. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />1979-187.
