I hope the <br />amount covers annual fee, etc. If not, please let <br />me know. <br />During the past year, we have had no gravel <br />production disturbances. <br />Rather we have been involved with augmentation <br />solutions. Lots of meetings at the pit with attorneys, <br />engineers, and weed spray! Messrs. Felt and Shohet <br />have filed with District Court, Division II., <br />Judge Maes. The docket is crammed making the going <br />slow. Judge Maes is sincere; it is good that he makes <br />careful decisions. He and his staff certainly need <br />more space, but doesn't everybody? <br />Am hopeful that next year shows improvement to <br />all.
