Dear Dustin, <br />I am requesting a technical revision for our Ross pit min ID number 1990-134. <br />1) Coal <br />A) Revision I am requesting is for coal allowed on property. I would like to be able to bring coal <br />onsite, screen it and then transport it to a different site for sale. <br />B) Volume <br />Volume onsite of Ross Pit would not exceed 500 tons at any time. The coal would be <br />brought in at 150 tons at the beginning of the week and transported at the end of the <br />week for Saturday sales. This occurs at the fall and winter season. <br />C) Cleanliness <br />I am attaching a letter from Twenty mile Coal Company with a MSDS form on the <br />current conditions of the coal and an explanation of the washing process that it goes <br />through at twenty mile. <br />2) Weed control <br />A) I am incorporating a weed control plan. This plan would be we would inspect the pit in the <br />spring and fall. Also follow Moffat County Pest Control Management recommendations. <br />B) I am attaching a letter from Gary Brannon of the Moffat County Weed Control of his <br />inspection and what we need to do and follow. <br />I am inclosing the fee of $216.
