September 30, 2010 C-1981-028/Keenesburg Strip Mine RDZ <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The gas company has not supplied CEC with all of the information needed for a technical revision related to the <br />to-be-constructed drilling pad. Don MacDonald indicated that he expects this information in the near future. <br />CEC continues to dispose of ash in B-Pit. Danny Kipp indicated that four loads had been deposited on 9/30/2010. <br />CEC will continue to place ash on the lower lift until they reach the northern extent of the B-Pit. During the <br />inspection, no dumping activities were observed, but a truck was spraying water over the access area to the pit. <br />Damp soil on the road to the pit indicated that it had also been sprayed that day.
