Any person with an interest which may be adversely <br />affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice by the Division in the San Miguel Basin Forum. If no <br />comments are received, this decision will become final at the close of the thirty (30) day public comment <br />period, which commences with the initial publication in the San Miguel Basin Forum.
