185 <br />1 I am -- I am scared to death that a <br />2 year from now if we -- if we take more time and go <br />3 back and try and find some solution that we haven't <br />4 already considered -- and frankly, we've considered <br />5 a lot of solutions here in the last couple of <br />6 months -- and back off from the position that we <br />7 presented to you all today, I believe that we are <br />8 going to be in a very bad situation. <br />9 I'm scared to death of the <br />10 circumstance that may exist if we -- if we take or <br />11 recommend a solution other than what we've brought <br />12 before you today. <br />13 MS. I appreciate <br />16 you taking the opportunity to kind of crystallize <br />17 things in my mind. <br />18 I do agree that there is a -- if not <br />19 current contamination occurring from the mine pool, <br />20 there is a significant risk in the near future if <br />21 not -- like I said, if it's not occurring right now <br />22 for that mine pool to migrate into Ralston Creek. <br />23 I also think that the risk should be <br />24 borne by Cotter, not by people who consume water out <br />25 of Ralston Reservoir, and the cost as well should be
