("Cotter") from the
Water Quality Control Division ("WQCD") to operate a maximum 200-gpm water treatment
system in the existing water treatment building; please find enclosed the required discharge
monitoring data for the month of August 2010. As the system is being operated under the above
referenced Order, no Discharge Monitoring Report forms have been issued to Cotter.
Consequently, as discussed with you, the data is being transmitted in various documents.
With respect to the reporting limits issues discussed in your September 15, 2010 email, Cotter
advised its vendor laboratory of such issues. The August data preceded WQCD's email.
Therefore, the reporting limits are similar to the July data.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 719-275-7413 (ext. 202).
Sincerely,
ohn S.
