Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) issued a proposed decision for <br />Technical Revision No. 75 on September 2, 2010. A public notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Steamboat Pilot & Today on September 5, 2010. This public notice initiated a ten-day <br />public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the <br />Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the <br />public comment period. The tenth day fell on Wednesday September 15, 2010. As per rule <br />2.08.4(6)(iii) the Division's decision is considered final on September 15, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
