Rule 6.4.8 EXHIBIT H - Wildlife Information
There are no obvious visual indicators of wildlife on the site; however, the property
owner has relayed that typical wildlife in this area include antelope, swift fox, rabbits,
snakes, and plains song birds such as the Mountain Plover.
A more detailed description of wildlife will be generated through the referral process
with the Colorado Division of Wildlife - Fort Collins Office (Troy Florian 970-443-
1993). The DOW will be submitting a review letter via the referral process, indicating if
any wildlife can be found in the general vicinity of the proposed pit area and if any
wildlife concerns or comments need to be addressed with this application.
