Maximum height from emergency <br />Spillway to the lowest natural ground surface along the longitudinal <br />centerline of the dam: 10 feet (non -jurisdictional), <br />ca Length of Dam: 200 feet <br />(7) Land Ownership <br />The land upon which the pond will be located is owned by Clements. <br />10, Tho Augmentation Plan is described as follow,: <br />(A) Out -of- Priority Diversions to be augmented those at the Tdaho Mill Diversion. <br />{BZPIan Details <br />a) When the JMD surface water ri ght is in priority, water will be diverted at MD <br />and distributed directly for Idaho Mill operations, to fill Wildcat Augmentation Ponds l <br />and 2, and to fill the Idaho Mill Settling Pond; if necessary. All out of priority diversions <br />under the MID shall be adir►inistered as 100% depletive to the La Plaut River. When The <br />MM is not in priority, diversions for the mill operations from the IMD will continue only <br />to the extent that augmentation water is available in the two Augmentation Ponds to <br />replace diversions, If no water is avirilable in the Augmentation Ponds, then diversions <br />from DAD will cease, <br />b) When the IMD waterr3ght decreed herein is its priority, up to l c,f.s may be <br />diverted at the IMD to rill the Augmentation ponds and the Idaho Mill Settling Pond, <br />The 1 c.f.s diversion rate will allow the fonds ;o be filled quickly if the U Plata River is <br />off call only briefly. See Paragraph 8(A)(4), The Augmentation Ponds will have low - <br />level outlet pipes with meters and valves to control releases. Theie. will be no dead <br />storage in the Augmentation Ponds. <br />c) Up to 40 gpm will be needed for normO milling operations, 25% of this water <br />(10 9.p-m) will be diverted under the IMD water right, and pumped through a pipeline to <br />the Mill inlet, where it will bd used for mining and milling purposes, The remaining 75% <br />(30 g.p,m.) will be pumped from the Settling Pond back to the Mill inlet, where it will be <br />run through the mill again. The 109pm., once diverted, will be used and reused to <br />exhaustion. From the Mill outlet, water is delivered to the settling pond. From the. <br />
