The township <br />and range of the permit boundary is Section 28, T3 6N, RI I W, N.M.P.M. <br />The main entrance to the May Day Idaho Mine Complex Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM) <br />Grid as determined by the United State Geological Survey (USGS) is 57 5797 41 <br />0 The May Day Idaho Mine Complex includes the following affected lands: <br />May Day No. 1, May Day No.2, May Day No. 3 (Lamb), the Chief Tunnel, Idaho Millsite, <br />Payday Millsite and existing (access) roads within the identified permit boundary (Exhibit C- <br />4). <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has acquired the following legal descriptions for these affected <br />areas: <br />The May Day parcels owned by Fairview Land Company and leased to Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation (Exhibit N, Attachment N -2) include the following parcel legal descriptions: <br />Access Road: A portion of the unimproved dirt access road across a portion of the S/2 <br />NW /4, of Section 28, extending a distance of six (6) feet on either side from a centerline <br />more particularly described as: commencing at the NW corner of that parcel described in <br />Reception No. 612844, being a 2" aluminum cap on a 5/8 "rebar stamped "Animas <br />Surveying & Mapping PLS 32437" whence an angle point of said parcel (a %2" rebar with <br />a 3 /4 " brass tag wired onto it that is stand "LS 5836 ") bears S 23 °27'05 "E, a distance of <br />98.89 feet: THENCE N76'1 8'90"W, a distance of 37.34 feet to a point on the centerline <br />• May Day Idaho Mine Complex 112(d) Permit Application <br />September 21, 2010 <br />"Strategically Positioned — Technically Prepared" <br />5555 DTC Parkway Suite A -4000, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111 <br />Phone: (303)832 -7664, Fax: (303)832 -7469 <br />GEORGE M.L.
