Attachment B
1) Survey Plats for Water Monitoring wells:
• EF -V2, EF -V3 and EF -V4.
• EF -AWL
2) Wellbore Sketches for Water Monitoring wells:
• EF -V2, EF -V3 and EF -V4.
• EF -AW 1.
3) Reclamation cost estimate for the four Water Monitoring wells:
With 4 inch ID casing and depths of 170 feet for EF -V2, EF -V3 and
EF -V4 and 300 feet for EF -AW1, the total volume to fill with cement
is 71 cubic feet. Each 170 foot well has a capacity of 15 cu ft and the
300 foot well has a 26 cu ft capacity.
• Typically a 94 -1b sack of cement (Type I /II) fills a volume of 1.28
cubic feet. So, fifty -five sacks of cement are required to cement all
four wellbores to surface.
• A typical pallet of cement contains 40 sacks. So, two pallets or 80
sacks will be required. At $10 /sack this will be $800.
• Labor cost for 2 days work by 2 people (10hrs /day, $100 /hr) will
be $4000.
• Rental of a cement mixer /pump (2 days @ $100 /day) will be $200.
• Rental of an air compressor (2 days @ $100 /day) will be $200.
• Rental of a Pickup Truck (2 days @ $100 /day) will be $200.
• Hotel and food for the crew will be $300.
Total reclamation cost for the four wells is estimated to be $5700.
With 50% contingency, the total cost is $8500.
Technical Revision Submittal
