The bond release application <br />was submitted by Coors Energy <br />Company on February 19, 2010. <br />Coors Energy Company sent a <br />notice of Application for a Phase II <br />partial bond release for the <br />Keenesburg Mine. The area totals <br />51.05 acres and includes areas 2, 5, <br />6, 7, 9, 10, 15, 16, 19, 23, and 29. <br />The bond amount requested for <br />release is $120,385.00. CEC has <br />replaced topsand, established <br />vegetation, and has provided a <br />demonstration that suspended <br />solids contributions to runoff outside <br />the permit area do not exceed pre- <br />mining levels. The affected area is <br />located in Weld County, <br />approximately 7 miles north of <br />Keenesburg, Colorado. <br />Copies of the proposed decision are <br />available for review at the Colorado <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety office, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, and at the office of the Weld <br />County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Any person who has an interest <br />which is or may be adversely <br />affected may request an <br />adjudicatory hearing regarding this <br />proposed decision.
