Revised gravel pit permit Table of Contents for Parshall Pit: <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety Date: August 18, 2010 <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />This is a letter explaining how I changed the Table of Contents page from the original permit. I <br />had some of the exhibits mislabeled so 1 have fixed them in the Table of Contents also. All of the <br />changes are highlighted on the original page in pink Notice to Soil Conservation District - Exhibit R I <br />switched it to read Notice to Soil Conservation District - Exhibit Q. Proof of Filing with County Clerk and <br />Recorder -Exhibit S, I switched to read Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder- Exhibit R. I <br />changed Permanent and Man Made Structures - Exhibit T; I switched to read Permanent and Man Made <br />Structures - Exhibit S. The Geotechnical Analysis - Exhibit U, I switched to read Geotechnical Analysis - <br />Exhibit. I did this so all of the letters matched and were labeled correctly.
