While there may <br />be very local impacts (closer than 800-feet from the pit), there is not, in our opinion, any <br />potential for drawdown of the magnitude reported in the complaint at the-distance involved. <br />Please let us know if you have any questions about the analyses carried out or the <br />contents of this letter.
