Plant debris, topsoil and subsoil excavated during road and site preparation would be <br />stored separately for use during reclamation. <br />h. Subsoil and topsoil will be replaced on disturbed sites, in the order in which they were <br />removed, and the land surface returned to the approximate original contour. Plant debris <br />will be incorporated into the soil, or utilized as directed by the AO during reclamation <br />activities. <br />i. In order to preclude livestock grazing on reclaimed well pads, pad locations will be <br />fenced as directed by the AO. Fencing will remain in place for two years or until the AO <br />determines that the plant community is established enough to accommodate livestock use. <br />j. Drill pads will be designed to prevent or diminish overland flow from entering the site <br />during precipitation events. Pad sites would have berms on all down slope portions and <br />sloped to drain all spills and site precipitation into the mud pits.
