4. The proposed light-use road (not mentioned in the cover letter but <br />shown on Map 11) is depicted as an access road. Rule 2.05.3(3)(c)(vii) requires <br />that access roads by designed by, and certified following construction by a <br />registered professional engineer. Please clarify the classification of the proposed <br />new road based on the planned use as defined by Rule 1.04(111) and correct <br />and/or submit the required information. <br />5. If Mapl 1 title is to be changes from the currently approved Map 11, please <br />submit a new table of contents page for approved permit maps. <br />6. One water tank appears to have been added to Table 19 but two are <br />discussed in the cover letter. Please ensure that Table 19 clearly identifies each <br />water tank by size or volume. <br />7. The "central pumping station building" and the "rock dust pressure vessel" <br />described in the cover letter is not listed in Table 19. Please add this structure to <br />Table 19. <br />8. Please expand the permit narrative discussion of the "electrical power <br />distribution upgrade". Include substation changes or additions, power pole <br />locations or line locations with the number of poles added per line. If the power <br />company owns the poles and the poles will remain after reclamation, please <br />include a letter from the power company stating that the poles belong to them <br />and will remain when the site is reclaimed. <br />9. Please include cross-sections through the cut and fill area. If this cut <br />material is to be used for the Highway 12 alterations, describe how the area <br />proposed for disturbance will be returned to approximate original contour. Also <br />include maps and cross sections for this area in the reclamation plan portion of <br />the permit showing pre-mine and post-mine contours. <br />10. Map 11 is noted as "in transition" as updated survey control is added and <br />new structures are added. Please refer to Rule 2.10.1, in particular to the phrase <br />"legibly detail". Currently Map 11 includes information at a scale and or font that <br />cannot be discerned.
