("Cotter") on September 16 and 17, 2010, containing the results of <br />sampling at monitoring stations SW-AWD (conducted August 17, 2010) and SW-BPL <br />(conducted August 18, 2010). Monthly monitoring and reporting requirements for these <br />"upstream" and "downstream" stations are specified in Paragraph 26.
