BRL added the following <br />language to page 2.05-57: <br />The Hubbard Creek Shaft will be sealed in compliance with MSHA requirements generally <br />as shown on Map 29. A two inch diameter vent pipe will be installed in the shaft. The fill <br />to be placed in the Hubbard Creek Shaft consists of at least 50 feet of non-combustible <br />material, followed by coal mine waste and ending with 10 feet of common fill. A concrete <br />cap of will be placed over the shaft as shown on Map 29. The cap will be covered with at <br />least four feet of fill. The Hubbard Creek shaft was ring grouted and, then, lined with steel <br />that was cemented in place. This shaft liner should prevent any potential groundwater <br />degradation from the coal mine waste. <br />Enclosed is amended page 2.05-57. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
