Decision Date Extension Request Approval <br />Dear Mr. McHale, <br />would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Jared Ebert, and I am the specialist <br />who has been assigned Hukill Gulch Millsite application at this time. After speaking with Tony Waldron <br />about this project he informed me you are aware the Division granted your request for an extension of <br />the decision date for the 110d permit application. The current decision date for the application is <br />October 22, 2010. <br />As I understand it, there are several outstanding Adequacy Review issues of the application. These <br />issues must be addressed to the Division satisfaction prior to October 22, 2010.
