Dear Mrs. Rodriguez:
Please find an enclosed site map and the signed annual report form for the September 20, 2010
Bucklen Equipment Company Annual Report. A check for $791 is also enclosed to cover the
annual report fee.
This annual report covers the time period from September 21, 2009 to September 20, 2010.
Mining activities during the last year have been confined to an area in the southern .portion of the
pit and along the eastern pit boundary (see attached map). Mining activities during the upcoming
year will generally be focused around the southwestern corner of the pit.
Reclamation activities have occurred in tandem with mining activities, and were generally
located in the same areas (see' attached map). The bottom of the pit is currently being used for
processing and stockpiling. As the final configuration of the pit lake is reached, the banks will
continue to be rough graded to achieve appropriate slopes.
