The
revision was called complete on September 21, 2010 and issued the decision on the same date.
Oxbow Mining, LLC requests this minor revision application to provide for two angle boreholes (LW-16-
O1D and LW-16-01E) to be located at the existing GVB-LW-16-OIC gob vent borehole site. The
purpose of the two boreholes are to enhance the drainage of methane by attempting to intercept a linear
geologic joint or fracture feature expected to occur between the GVB-LW-16-01C borehole and the
GVB-LW-16-02 borehole.
This revision is available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 2 Third Avenue, Paonia, CO 81428.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Michael P.
