Box 628 <br />Nucla, CO 81424 <br />Dear Mr_ Gubk & <br />pm t�oyd�w.u.d LE <br />0703Z7�.e 1 <br />070-M-4 U7-FAX <br />Upon assess scut of the dryland pastum at the Weston ftis Coal Mine new NUCIO, Colorado, <br />it is my profosionWjudgment that it would be bcneficW to intctsced grasses and forts into the <br />existing vegetation UMg a W491 drill. <br />It can be very difficult to establish a dryland seeding in a low precipitation zone such as the <br />Nucla area, which receives approximately 12 incites of p uipitatio n per year.
