10.0 Annual Reporting <br />An annual reclamation report will be submitted by March 15 of each year, unless cessation <br />requirements dictate otherwise, and will report those items required by Rule 2.04.13(1). The <br />following will also be included: <br />• Annual weed and pest control activities (when conducted) <br />• Revegetation monitoring reports <br />• Soil Fertility Testing reports and fertilizer application details <br />• Wildlife monitoring reports (when conducted) <br />• Annual Soil Balance report including survey based data sufficient to verify that the <br />reclamation plan on Map 2.05.4 -4 remains accurate. <br />• Soil lift thickness data and soil and sopoil sampling reports and data pursuant to <br />Section 2.05.4(2)(d) and Tables 2.05.4(2)(d) -1A and 1 B. <br />• Irrigation. Report the date when water is turned on and which parcels were <br />irrigated. <br />• Grazing. Identify the parcels that were grazed. Report the number of animals <br />grazing a given parcel and the dates the parcels(s) were grazed. <br />• The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted that year, <br />including any interseeding or cultural practices. Discrete areas planted with specific <br />seed mixes should be indicated, and seedtags, invoices or other comparable <br />documentation should be included (See Section 2.04.13(1)(e)) <br />All post -mine topsoil testing and reporting is addressed in Section 2.05.4(2)(d). <br />(Revised: PR -06) 2.05.4(2)(e) - 74 <br />
