<br />CAM: The Rail loop, spur track and Bridge are discussed on page 2.05.9. The
<br />Bridge over Reed Wash will be a clear span bridge that will not affect waters,
<br />wetlands or riparian areas and will not impact the 100-year water elevation.
<br />Therefore, a stream ford during construction will not be and furthermore cannot
<br />be approved by the Division per Rule 4.03.1(2)(c). New Map-21 shows the plan
<br />and profile of the rail loop and spur track as well as the location of the bridge over
<br />Reed Wash.
<br />As a general note, the Operator has changed the coal reclaim system from
<br />Stamler Feeders, to a Reclaim Tunnel. Map 16 has been revised to reflect this
<br />change, as well as page 2.05.6.
