11. Comments:
This past year we finished mining and reclaiming the French Property, including certification of the liner,
sloping topsoiling and initial seeding We received approval (in June 2010) for a partial release based on
the reclamation that is completed We are awaiting sustainable vegetation before requesting a full
release on the French property. We have done nothing in the Lohmann property this past year - no
mining no liner construction no sloping no topsoilinq and no seeding The plant rarely operated this
past year, and next year looks to be about the same We have no construction quality results on the
Lohmann property to report to the Division this year because there has been no reclamation or progress
on the clay liner installation If we do progress on the clay liner installation this coming year, we will
submit construction quality results to the Division The site map from last year's report is included,
because there are no changes.
