Director <br />10170 Church Ranch Way, Ste. 200 <br />Westminister, CO 80021 <br />Re: Home Office Mine, Acreage Reduction Partial Approval, Permit No. M-1977-439, Revision No. AR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Ray: <br />On September 17, 2010, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety partially approved your request for <br />release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. <br />"Area T" of the permitted area will be released through this AR as it was unaffected by mining activity. The release of <br />Areas A, B, C, D, I and Z is denied due to failure to provide DRMS documentation to demonstrate compliance with the <br />SEO requirements for exposed surface water within these areas. Therefore, those areas will remain part of the active <br />permit. Please edit your permit boundary maps to accurately reflect this revision. <br />The permit area was reduced to 724.50 acres, through the release of 6.00 acres (Area T) in this permit action.
