A copy of <br />the Final Notice that was sent September 1, 2010 is enclosed. A Notice of Violation, Cease and Desist Order <br />for all Mining related activities will be enforced if we do not receive payment. Civil Penalties equal to the <br />amount of the annual fee due, and a Notice of Formal Public Hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for consideration of a POSSIBLE PERMIT REVOCATION AND FINANCIAL WARRANTY <br />FORFEITURE will be issued for this account.
