5.3.3.2 (cont.) <br /> Monitoring: Water level alarms for the pump station are transmitted to the Mill Control Room. <br /> Manual control conditions are also transmitted to the Mill Control Room; this mode of operation <br /> prohibits the pumps from operating via the level control automatically. The No. 5 SPS is <br /> visually checked daily for signs of leakage or pump problems. <br /> Reporting: Any spill of industrial water should be documented immediately using the "Spill <br /> Incident Report" form (Appendix 1), and given to the Environmental Coordinator. Any spill <br /> which threatens waters of the State of Colorado is subject to the reporting requirements given in <br /> Sections 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4 of this SPCC Plan. <br /> 58 <br />
