Date Extension
Dear Mr. Liesveld,
The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received, reviewed, and approved the
request for an extension of the corrective action date of the above referenced pit. The new
corrective action date is:
• Submit Amendment to Permit- October 30, 2010
As stated in the letter dated September 3, 2010, the Amendment shall address all of the
outstanding problems cited in the report of the inspection conducted on July 27, 2010. Please
note that if the corrective action(s) are not properly addressed, and evidence provided to the
Division by the date provided above, the listed problems could be escalated to the level of
possible violations and would then be referred to the Mined Land Reclamation Board for further
action.
