The recent <br />excavation undermines <br />the Access road to the <br />Maybay Level 3 (Lamb) <br />and the .Incas Mine, <br />Permit-No. M-1986-076. <br />The Incas Mine is a <br />Od '(DMO), utilizing <br />designated chemicals, <br />in, ludirig:cyanide. <br />Access to the Incas <br />Mine is'essential, not <br />only.for.the permit <br />hode Deadwood <br />GUlch'=Mining Company, <br />o 11 buf aiso for DRMS to <br />conduct routine <br />monitoring 'inspections <br />and for'e:mergency <br />risfpon;se.. <br />T 4e, <br /> <br />Road to May Day Level <br />3 and Incas Mine, <br />recenf undermined icy <br />the construction of Vie <br />unpermitted,portal: <br />Note.
