They have been driving a backhoe or other large track driven vehicle on that road. The tracks are extremely <br />obvious, even from the county right-of-way. Please investigate. <br />This morning you could hear the heavy equipment moving up the road and the tracks are there to prove it. Last <br />Wednesday I was touring with a newspaper reporter from Denver and they had 3 vehicles parked at the top of the non- <br />compliant road and another vehicle down by the bridge, are they working??
