The inspection consisted of an in-office review of materials submitted to the <br />Division by Wildcat Mining Corporation, and an on-site facility inspection. <br />Findings associated with the inspection are detailed in the enclosed inspection report. The Division <br />expects Wildcat Mining Corporation to correct the findings noted in the enclosed inspection report, and <br />submit an explanation on how each finding was corrected. to the Colorado Department of Public Health <br />and Environment, WQCD-P-B2, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, CO 80246-1530, Attn: <br />Kathleen Rosow, by September 15, 2010. <br />Note: All applications, reports, and other information requested by the Division must be signed in <br />accordance with the provisions of sections 61.4(1)(e) and (f) of Regulation No. 61, and must contain the <br />following certification statement: <br />"I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared <br />under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that <br />qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on <br />my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly <br />responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is, to the best of <br />my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are <br />significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine <br />and imprisonment for knowing violations." <br />This Compliance Advisory is intended to advise Wildcat Mining Corporation of possible violations of the <br />Colorado Water Quality Control Act, and its implementing regulations and permits, so that it may take <br />appropriate steps to avoid or mitigate formal enforcement action. This Compliance Advisory does not <br />constitute a Notice of Violation or Cease and Desist Order and is not subject to appeal. However, the <br />issuance of this Compliance Advisory does not limit or preclude the Division from pursuing its
