CO 81522 <br />(978) 931-2806 <br />ANNUAL REPORT <br /> <br />20/0 <br />Mining in most of 2010 has been done on the pit floor leveling it to the desired finish <br />grade, most of that is complete and being used as a storage area and crusher set up <br />area._The_mining to tbew_est_has_not_progressed as.anticipated-due--to_the.slower <br />demand for gravel products, but if things pick up that area will be moved into in <br />2011 hopefully. If things continue to be slow, we anticipate working on the entrance <br />area north of the present scale house and entrance area. This would allow the <br />completion of the present area in the south end of the pit preparing it for final <br />grading and planting. <br />The new storm water rock spillway and most of the dam area has been completed <br />and the water storage area work will be completed as mining progresses and will <br />more than likely completed in fall of 2010 or early spring 2011. <br />Moores Mining, LLC
