These revisions entail the removal
of parcel E-AB-08 due to a slide in this area, which was detected during the bond release inspection of
April 20, 2010.
The Division has found these revisions to be acceptable with one editorial correction: SL-11 is a Phase
I bond release rather than a Phase III bond release as you state in your letter's subject line. Consider
this letter a formal correction of this mistake; TMI does not need to re-submit the letter.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me (ext. 8113) or Dan Hernandez (ext. 8126) at
303.866.3567.
Sincerely,
Robert Zuber, P.E.
Environmental Protection Specialist
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
