<br />August 31, 2010 <br />Mr. Ben Frei <br />Certificate of Designation Application for Frei-Henderson Inert Landfill <br />Completeness Review Determination: Complete <br />Page 7 <br />In addition to complying with the Division's Regulations, the applicant must comply with all relevant <br />federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to the requirements of the Division of <br />Reclamation Mining and Safety, the Division of Water Resources, the Water Quality Control Division, <br />and the Air Pollution Control Division. <br />The Division is authorized to bill for its review of technical submittals pursuant to the provisions set <br />forth in Section 1.7 of the Solid Waste Regulations. Division staff charges its time at $125.00 per <br />hour. For review of your CD application, including the completeness review, attending meetings, <br />telephone conversations, and correspondence; the fee ceiling is $35,000.
