Division records generally <br />describe a project consisting of 11 boreholes and one mile of constructed road. <br />At this time, the Division has not received any of the reporting as required by Rule 2.02.6. <br />Abandonment reports required by Rule 4.07.3 are also outstanding. Therefore, you are out of <br />compliance with the general requirements for coal exploration. Please refer to Rule 2.02.6 and <br />Rule 4.07.3 and submit the required reports within 30 days.
