Division records show a 180-day report
was filed which indicated two holes pending because of a "roadless" issue.
Please refer to Rule 2.02.6. The Division requests that Oxbow file a 180-day report outlining the
status of the two holes pending under this NOI. If all work is not completed at this time, you are
required to request an extension to the NOI, as allowed by Rule 2.02.6(4).
Failure to promptly file the required reports and/or extension request could result in enforcement
actions.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
Kent A.
